Combined British Universities 25th Course in Advanced Surgical Otology

This course is aimed at Consultants, Accredited Specialists, and those in year 4-6 Specialist Registrar Grade

Glasgow plays host to the 25th anniversary of the Combined British Universities Course in Advanced Surgical Otology. The course will take place at the The University of Glasgow Medical School. Come and join our prestigious faculty and extend your skills in Otology whilst visiting this vibrant city in the spring.

The course includes lectures, video presentations, discussion and debate by faculty and delegates.
A major feature of the course is the opportunity to carry out supervised advanced dissection
techniques on temporal bones. Delegates are allocated individual workstations, and the opportunity to dissect two temporal bones each. Additionally, there will be a prize for the best dissection by a trainee as judged by the faculty. Also includes lecture notes, lunch and refreshments, course dinner and informal dinner in local restaurants.Recommended as an opportunity for both training and for established consultants to consolidate their skills in a relaxed academic environment
