SCM Medical Training LTD Terms & Conditions of Booking
Return of a registration form or Purchase Order either by post, fax or email, assumes authorisation had been obtained by the delegate to attend the course, and all terms and conditions apply
Payment in full is required within 14 days once a registration form or Purchase Order has been completed and received by SCM Medical Training. If the course takes place before 14 days, payment must be received before the course takes place
We regret that if payment has not been received before the course, the delegate may be denied entry to the course and the full course fee will still be payable.
Payment of the course fee is the sole responsibility of the person applying to attend the course. If payment is to come from your employer we recommend that you promptly process the booking in order that the payment reaches us when due.
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit card. We no longer accept Cheques.
If payment has not been made the delegate is still liable for the full course fee.
All prices exclude VAT.
Receipts will only be supplied on request.
If you are unable to attend the course for any reason, we require 1 month's notice to cancel your place, any less that this and the full course fee is payable.
Cancellation one-month prior to start of course - full refund.
Cancellation less than 1 Month prior to start of course - no refund.
To transfer to a different course or course date – 1 month's notice.
The cancellation fees also apply if the payment has not yet been received by SCM,
If a Purchase Order has been received with no Registration Form all cancellation terms and conditions still apply
Cancellations must be made in writing via post/fax or email to: SCM (Please note cancellation charges).
A substitute participant may attend a course by prior arrangement with SCM. If we are informed 6 days before the course no fee, less than 6 days before the course £20 administration fee will apply.
No Show on the course date
Once a registration form or Purchase Order has been received and a course place has been booked, if the delegate does not attend on the day of the course – there will be no refund or transfer.
SCM reserves the right to amend dates, content, speakers and timing of the programme where necessary.
SCM reserves the right to postpone the course to a later date, should the course be under subscribed.
SCM are not responsible for any travel expenses or any other expenses incurred due to a course being cancelled, date changes or the course being postponed.
If the course date has been amended, all cancellation terms and conditions still apply even if the original date of the course is on the registration form or Purchase Order – cancellation is still required 1 month prior to the new date and must be given in writing.
If a course has been postponed or the date changed, please make a note of the new date, as no further reminder will be given until 1 week before the course takes place. If at this stage you are no longer able to attend, there will be no transfer to a future date of either the delegate or the payment.
Details will be emailed 1 week before the course takes place. Always make sure you receive your course instructions before the course, if for any reason you do not receive your course instructions, please contact us immediately.
If your course date has been changed, please ensure you have received your course instructions, as SCM take no responsibility should you arrive at the venue on the wrong date or time. No refund will be given or travelling expenses reimbursed.
All refunds are at the discretion of SCM.
SCM cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
SCM suggest you check our website regularly or call us for date changes, and do not book travel arrangements before checking with us to ensure the correct venue, date and start times.
